I have read the Terms and Conditions and Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Membership at Pinellas Air Group/Pinellas Virtual Airlines/LSA/Air Tampa and also agree to abide by all Club Rules/Policies and Proceedures, Standard Operating Proceedures, General Rules, Rules of Conduct and Standard Pratice Manuals.at all times as long as I am a Crewmember. I understand that Crewmembers must agree to be respectful of others at all times, regardless of the topic of conversation and that failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from membership. I understand and agree , that membership in Pinellas Air Group is totally voluntary on the part of the Member/Crewmember and Pinellas Air Group and is for fun. I understand and agree , that membership can be termintated at anytime either by the Member/Crewmember OR Pinellas Air Group and it's staff, with or without reason or cause. I understand and agree that Members/Crewmembers begin with a probationary period, during this time, Crewmembers are required to check in each week by filing a Pilot Report (Pirep) or sending in a checkin email. I understand and agree that During this probationary period, Members/Crewmembers are required to checkin by email or pirep, checkin is required, Failure to comply with rules, policies, proceedures, guidelines, or to checkin may result in removal from the Flight Roster. I have completely read and understand all Club Rules / Guidelines and materials sent to me prior to filling out this application. I agree to not attempt to shortcut the application process and agree to abide by all Club Rules and Guidelines upon becoming a Crewmember. I further understand that my membership in this club is totally voluntary and may be ended/discontinued at any time for any or no reason either by myself or the group as a whole. I understand that ALL Crewmembers are required to file at least ONE Flight Report/PIREP each month (every 30 days). Submitting this application means that you have agreed to all terms and conditions. You will be contacted by email once we recieve your application. It's very important that you keep a good working email address on file with us and keep us posted of any email address changes. Pinellas management must be able to contact you by email.
