How to make a Healthy meal

This is the first article on cooking I have written since I survived a heart attack last July.
As you may recall, most of my articles contained tasty yet very fattening items.
Well, thanks to the scare and much tutiliege from nurses and Doctors at the hospital,
I have reformed my ways. What I quickly learned, was that you can still eat all the things you like, just
not nearly as often and here's the kicker, not nearly as much!
So, I can have pizza, but less often and smaller portions.
Another fact, is that skipping the fatty things like pepperoni can take most of the fats out.
Turns out that pizza cheese is really lower in colesterol than say, cheddar.
So, I begin a new era of writing.... food drama, by writing about ways to enjoy a healthy and yet delicious
meal often. And this has become a new way of life. Let's face it folks, as the ole saying goes...
It's better to eat to live, than live to eat ;) At least, you are likely to live alot longer!

Enjoy.

Till next time, cook good and cook safe!
